Email delivery

Choose how this centre sends mail

Each centre can use its own SMTP provider, a shared provider such as Postmark, or a mix, with optional failover.

Routine uses the routine sender choice; campaigns, prospects and automated notices each have their own choice.

The alternate route uses a centre-specific SMTP setup when present, otherwise the shared alternate. Failover can be switched on or off for the centre.

From and Reply-To addresses are separate. Provider credentials are stored in the encrypted vault and are never displayed after saving.
